You will by now have learned that, at very short notice, the Government have allowed the property market to get moving again from 13th May 2020 but with certain strict restrictions and protocols in place so that we all stay safe. As part of these protocols we are require by law to have a completed Corona-virus health assessment in writing from you if you are a client or a viewer BEFORE any face-to-face appointments are allowed to let us know your current health status. When booking a viewing you will be sent a link to the survey, if it is not completed or you are showing signs of, or have, Covid-19 you will not be allowed to view the same applies if our clients have Covid-19. you MUST wear your own protective gloves at a viewing to protect everyone (we cannot provide these).
Our teams are busy working from home, helping, advising and listening to clients as we have always done. We do have a significant back-log of requests to view and value property over the last 7 weeks and again this is going to take time to work through, please bear with us.
